| Description: | McAfee SiteAdvisor (versions 2.9-3.3) or McAfee SiteAdvisor Enterprise - Old unsigned add-ons, certain versions are on Add-ons Blocklist due to stability issues. Replaced with newer McAfee SiteAdvisor (versions 3.4+) and McAfee SiteAdvisor Enterprise using separate IDs. Potentially unwanted offers and modifications in the consumer version: Yahoo Toolbar bundled with the full setup and Yahoo Search forced as the default search engine. See here and here. Windows Registry (machine-level) extension installed outside of the Firefox profile - no Remove button in the Add-ons Manager. Alternatively, some Enterprise versions are located in bundles directory and invisible in the Add-ons Manager. |
